In this project we have strictly respected the areas mentioned in the tender as possible environments to be transformed. This impact solution integrates different functions to meet customer needs.

After carefully evaluating the space use, we assessed the possibility of new local interventions to provide more integral and continuous solutions, in functional and aesthetic terms. This is an intervention that provides significant space improvement, ensuring greater comfort and resilience. So, we proposed the possibility of a complete renewal of the two floors.

In particular, the 5th floor has deteriorated both for the quality of the use of space and for the furnishings. To meet the request for improvement of the quality of the office space, a new functional footprint was given, new furniture, materials and new features that were currently missing. In our view, an integral impact was necessary in order to guarantee a spatial and aesthetic solution that is continuous and durable over time.

In an area of 330 sqm between two non-comunicating floors we implemented 22 new work stations for a total of 100 between the old and new ones, with an estimated implementation cost of 300.000 $.

The intervention therefore consists in the remaking of a partof the environment creating other functions currently missing such as: spaces dedicated to uninterrupted work; small informal meeting spaces for calls and online meetings; large meeting space to accommodate a large number of people; relaxation area; gym area - with light gym equipment for stretching; prayer room; games room (table football and pinball).

In addition, the current open space working environments have also been revisited, offering a more contemporary solution in quality of architecture and furniture.

The proposed project materially lightens the current environment, offering a more spacious solution, with a greater number of workstations ensuring a more intelligent use of space and more comfort.

Materials such as, the abstract white of the walls, traced on the white resin silouhette in the floor, in combination with the wooden parquet are in perfect harmony with the furniture designed by MGAD DESIGN Line Office: GOEDEL series for drawer units and TOURING series for working tables.

Of great impact is also the lighting design that characterizes the architecture and furnishings MGAD.
