Living District - Restaurant

Located in the heart of the city of Tirana, on the second floor of the European Trade Center, the restaurant Living District comes to life in 350 sqm divided between a large indoor room and two outdoor terraces, both overlooking the main boulevard of the city.

In this interior restyling project, the client’s requests were clear: to preserve the state of affairs as much as possible by creatively reusing the furniture present on site to redefine the space, making it cozy and intimate at the same time. In this regard, a Living Room and a Privè area have been created inside the restaurant space, suitable spaces for business lunch and not only.

The two terraces have been revitalized through the use of two essential elements: artificial light and the application of the vertical green wall. The main terrace has been further enhanced with the marked MGAD DESIGN furnishings that make the space fluid and charming: counters, stools and sofas distributed in such a way so to create different comfort areas for a lounge living area.

The furniture marked MGAD that we used for these spaces are series RUSSELL of the Line Dinning.

RUSSELL - COUNTER SET & STOOLS

The Russel line is characterized by several design objects de signed specifically for indoor and outdoor leisure and food and beverage functions. The sinuosity of the forms meets the multilayer structural wood and takes shape in unique MGAD style projects.

The counter is equipped with a double structure of birch wood, painted natural effect.The lasercut base and backplate mark even more the eloquence and perfection of the shapes. As for the counter, stools, square tables and poufs can also be customized at the top, thanks to the choice of 170 different textures for covering, depending on the customer’s preference and in accordance with the architectural project.

The seats can be further customized with backrests with iron structure and wooden elements.

The wood line was introduced following the Cantor series, previously seen (Dompe project’) as a response to different needs of the use of space. The need to create warm, nature friendly environments led us design the wooden version, just as comfortable and chic as the CANTOR Series but with slightly altered thicknesses and dimensions, derived from the different kind of material.
