Klement Guga is a construction engineer with more than 40 years of experience in public and private construction. A graduate of Tirana Polytechnic University, Faculty of Engineering, class of 1976, Guga has held important positions in public administration such as: District Chief Engineer and Director of Urban Planning. Since 1998 he has been practicing as Director of Works in residential, commercial and industrial construction between Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and Italy. With his distinct knowledge and application in construction and the legislative system, Klement Guga is a valuable asset to the Macchione & Guga Archdesign team. In addition to his role as an engineering and administrative consultant, Guga also serves as a construction manager and/or supervisor.
